How do we work out the budget?

I have an excellent plan so why do I need a budget?

A budget:

• Accurately plans how much each step in your project will cost
• Provides a total cost for your project
• Provides the opportunity to build in contingency planning
• Guides you to include aspects of the project that you may not have considered

Funding submissions can be won or lost on the basis of the budget.
